Kayaking in Sarasota. It’s what we live & breathe and one of our passions is being able to share that love with the community around us. Sarasota is full of activity and people who love the gorgeous water as much as we do! On April 22nd 2017, Swim Without Limits held their annual Swim Around Lido Race. For the 3rd year in a row, Paradise Adventures Sarasota has been a kayak sponsor for this event. Getting out on the water with all of these brave athletes is such a joy for us. Have you heard of this Sarasota event before?
We love being part of such an awesome experience! Watching the swimmers try something this crazy is inspiring! If you aren’t familiar with the race it is a 7 mile open water race with a kayaker tracking them. On the day of the race, we close up shop and bring all our kayaks to Lido Key beach for our racers and their kayak pilots to use. We brought the drone we usually use to capture footage of our kayak tours, and we captured some really great footage of the race.
