It’s time once again: back-to-school! We hear the cheers of parents & the sighs of the students, but summer doesn’t have to end on a sour note. How about cheering up your favorite student with a kayaking trip they will never forget! If you have a child in the Sarasota area, they will absolutely love the chance to get out on the water with you and spend the day exploring in the sun before heading back to class or celebrate the end of the first week with an exciting surprise.

Have you heard of Blackburn Point? Located just south of Sarasota in Osprey, FL is a beautiful quaint community that is home to a park that we just love. As avid kayakers, we love exploring our community and bringing you the best areas to get on the water. This park has been a local favorite boating and yak-ing spot for quite some time, but there are new amenities that are making this the place to be in Sarasota County & we cannot wait to tell you more about it.
